You can view and download every invoice for your subscription from your account page.

Where do I find my invoices?

  1. Sign in at storyfolder.com/account.
  2. Click Invoices in the sidebar.
  3. You'll see a chronological list of every charge — date, amount, plan, and a link to the invoice.

How do I download an invoice as a PDF?

Click an invoice in the list. It opens the Stripe-hosted invoice page, with Download PDF and Download Receipt buttons in the top-right.

Do I get an invoice by email automatically?

Yes — every successful charge sends a receipt to the email on your account. If you'd rather not receive these, contact support and we can adjust your preferences.

Can I update the company name and billing address on the invoice?

Yes. Open the Stripe billing portal:

  1. Go to Subscription → Manage billing on your account page.
  2. In the Stripe portal, find the Billing information section.
  3. Update company name, address, and tax ID.

Future invoices will use the updated details. Past invoices reflect what was on file at the time they were issued.

My company needs a custom invoice (PO number, custom fields). Can you help?

For team/business accounts with special invoicing needs, contact support. We can work with you to issue invoices that satisfy your AP team.

Can I get a VAT / tax invoice?

Yes. Stripe invoices automatically include tax / VAT details where required by jurisdiction. If you're missing something specific, let us know and we'll make sure your invoice has it.

Why don't I see an invoice for the trial?

Trials aren't billed, so no invoice is generated. Your first invoice appears the day your trial converts to paid.
