Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. You don't need to pay anything during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends with no charge.
Who is each plan for?
Free is great for trying StoryFolder out, casual study, or analyzing a few short videos. You get the core import → notes → share workflow — custom fields and your first 100 shots of AI Autofill included — just with limits on the number and length of boards: 6 boards of up to 50 shots each.
Pro is the sweet spot for individual professionals: filmmakers, video editors, marketing analysts, educators. Unlimited boards and shots, unlimited AI Autofill, full exports, charts, and password-protected sharing.
Teams — coming soon
Teams — from $49/mo is in development for agencies and studios: shared seats and unlimited client viewers, so you pay for the people building storyboards, not the clients reviewing them. Each workspace includes 5 seats to start.

How do I pick the right plan?
Ask yourself:
- How many videos do you want to analyze? Free maxes out at 6. Pro is unlimited.
- How long are your videos? A Free board holds 50 shots. A feature film has thousands — that needs Pro.
- Do you want spreadsheets, charts, or more than 100 shots of AI Autofill? That's Pro.
- Are you a team of collaborators? Teams (coming soon) is built for shared workspaces — get notified.
